Flashing software?

Hi,

I would like to try the ferrari firmware on my Z8, I allready have the firmware but cannot find out which program I need to flash it.

I found out you use rsdlite, so I got hold of rsdlite 4.1 and started to flash, when it got to 39% it decided to crash, and now when I boot the phone, i get a nice rainbow effect flashing and thats all, HELP! lol

I''m sure this is just a wish, but..
Any way that an antenna change would allow for 3G use in North America? I''m sure this would be a hardware not f/w or software change. Also, figure the FCC might have something to say about it as well.

Any thoughts, suggestions..

I recently flashed 2388 using RSD Lite 4.1, seems to be working fine no issues that I''ve noticed yet.
