"Program Closing" when creating a new playlist

I managed to create 1 playlist at first. Every time I try to create another, the phone displays "Program Closing" with options to confirm or cancel. Neither of the 2 options did anything.

I panicked, like seeing your first born child get ill (Z8 is my first smartphone), and thought of taking it back. But, credit to Tetley tea, I calmed down and did a 'master reset', took the battery out then restarted the Z8.

Now it's working OK and managed to create a few playlists.
