Z8 Doesn't Recognize Parenthesis "()" In Contact Phone Numbers

I'm here in Canada. The Z8 doesn't recognize an incoming phone number if the number is in my Contacts folder with parenthesis; e.g. (416) 555-1212. The number shows up in the recent call list as 4165551212 with a question mark "?" beside the number.

However, if I modify the phone number in Contacts to 4165551212, the contact's name now shows up on the incoming call and in the recent calls list.

You may be asking why I have parenthesis in my Contact phone numbers...that's because it  is the format in Microsoft Outlook. I used Motorola PCSync to syncronize MS Outlook and my Z8.

This never happened with previous Motorola phones...Razr V3, Krzr K1. So, my solution for now with the Z8 is to modify all my contacts to remove the parenthesis from the phone numbers. I hope this will be addressed in a future update.
