I would have been happy if Motorola was a bit more forthcoming about the firmware and actually responded over the issues that plague the phone.

Even O2 where unsure of when a firmware would come out, they wanted to replace the handset and I know that wouldn't stop the issue of it crashing and then to see Motorola release the Z10 which is basically silver + 3.2 megapixel camera is a bit naff!

I have already sent my phone back.  I explained to O2 returns that I had enough of it.

Final straw was yesterday when I attempted to call home from the hospital and the thing reset itself just as I was entering the number!  I've also had instances where I've had to remove the battery to get it turned back after swapping the sim card.  I have also suffered from the red/green screen flashing crash when it's done nothing.

On wednesday, I left the handset slide open and it had crashed!

All issues reported to motorola, sadly no response.

I've sent a comment to Motorola about it and have asked if this "feature" can be changed in the firmware!

I also think my estimation of this being a decent phone is going downhill quite quickly, I suffered my first flashing red/blue screen crash today.  I am also suffering from no memory stick inserted after ripping some CD's and syncing the mp3's with windows media player!

Ok, it's a standard feature of this phone not to save the images taken with the camera, but why on earth are we expected to go through the menus to save an image?

Am I missing an option which may enable the auto-save of images?  I've not seen anything in the manuals (paper or online) regarding the auto-saving of images.  The user is required to select save after every image taken!

Where did you get your phone from?   

As my Z8 is from O2, I was never under any impression that Shozu came pre-installed.

Your Phone operator may have mentioned it on their site for one of many applications that can be installed (nice way for them to make some cash by getting the customer to download these files).

Are you still looking for staff?  I've got myself a Z8 and I'd try and help out with the site in regards with news and other stuff.
