The annual 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona is traditionally the time when all mobile phone manufacturers release their handsets for the coming year, or at least for the coming six months. At this years’ show, Nokia have released four Symbian based handsets, SonyEriccsson have released two new Symbian phones, Samsung have announced three Symbian handsets, LG have confirmed one more Symbian phone and Motorola have... shown off the Z10 again.

Texel - another UIQ handset from Moto? Print

In what's becoming a spy-shot festival, we've now found a picture of the upcoming Motorola Texel handset, which *might* be announced at next week's 3GSM conference. Originally leaked in November along with Skarven and xPixl, no one really paid much iattention to Texel, but it now seems that this handset is another UIQ handset, with mostly the same feature set as Skarven, but in a thinner form factor.
